1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the specific nature of cosmetics, fragrances, and personal care products, we must adhere to strict health, safety, and hygiene standards. Therefore, all sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for reasons of buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect product selection.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For sanitary reasons, we strictly enforce a no-return policy on products that have been:

  • Opened or unsealed

  • Used, tested, or tampered with

  • Removed from their original packaging

Exception: The only exception to this rule is if the product is proven to have a verifiable manufacturing defect upon arrival.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We meticulously inspect our products before shipping; however, we understand that issues may occasionally occur during transit. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.

How to Submit a Claim:

  1. Reporting Timeframe: You must contact our customer support team within 7 calendar days of receiving your delivery. Claims made after this 7-day window will not be accepted.

  2. Required Evidence: To process your claim, you must provide:

    • Your valid Order Number.

    • Clear, well-lit photographs or videos showing the defective or damaged product.

    • Photographs of the exterior shipping box and internal packaging.

  3. Verification and Resolution: Once we receive your claim and evidence, our team will review the issue. Upon successful verification of the damage or defect, we will, at our sole discretion, provide a direct replacement of the item or offer an appropriate alternative solution.

4. INITIATING A CLAIM

Do not send any products back to us without first contacting our support team and receiving explicit authorization. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and disposed of without a refund or replacement.
